Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the heavy cream, cream cheese and minced garlic. Whisk continuously until cream cheese is fully incorporated and mixture begins to simmer.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk continuously until cheese is fully melted and sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Remove from heat. Serve sauce warm over zoodles, cauliflower rice, chicken breasts or any other low-carb option.
