Ingredients
  

  • 6 jalapeños
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • ¼ cup of cream cheese
  • ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
    6 jalapeños
  • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    ¼ cup of cream cheese, ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, Salt and pepper to taste
  • Stuff each jalapeño half with cheese mixture.
    6 jalapeños
  • Wrap each jalapeño half with a strip of bacon.
    6 strips of bacon, 6 jalapeños
  • Place bacon wrapped jalapeños on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
