- 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat salmon dry and place on prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Brush salmon fillets with lemon butter mixture.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and brush with remaining 1 tbsp melted butter.
