Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup no sugar added ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients together.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and let simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
