2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 onion diced 1 green pepper diced 2 cloves garlic minced 2 teaspoons garam masala 1 teaspoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons of chili powder 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 can 14.5 ounces of tomato sauce 1/2 cup of heavy cream 1/4 cup of butter 2 pounds chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro chopped 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
