Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup ground pork rinds
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place ground chicken, pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until combined.
  • Crack the egg into the bowl and mix until combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1.5-2 inch balls.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Cut each slice of provolone cheese into 8 even squares.
  • Place a square of cheese in the center of each ball.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
