Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp erythritol or Swerve sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
  • Add the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Microwave for 60-90 seconds until set.
  • Let cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
