  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 2 teaspoons allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, allspice, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg.
