Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  • Roll into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  • Bake at 400F for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Top with low carb marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
